About Me

Hi, My name is Kelly Gibson. In 2012, I put myself through an extreme weight loss journey. It took serious dedication, commitment, and strength to create my dream physique. Since then, I've been helping women effectively burn fat, tone up, and adopt a plant-based diet to reach their goals faster than ever before. I create fitness and nutrition programs regularly to ensure I offer the best available service for women who want to lose weight as well as for vegans and vegetarians. I deliver the results women want.

An Extreme Weight Loss Journey It Was

Does it bother you that most fitness trainers have naturally fit bodies and they don’t understand what you are going through on your weight loss journey? Well, I am a special case! I struggled with my weight for several years before becoming a Personal Trainer in Tempe. I know first hand how hard it can be to fluctuate on the scale. After transitioning to a plant-based diet and designing an in-home Personal Training program for myself, I lost a total of 85 pounds, at which point I decided to make a career out of it. I have maintained my weight loss for the past two years. I lost so much weight that I became 35 pounds less than my pre-pregancy weight! I started out as a mobile Personal Trainer in Chandler, traveling all over the East Valley to do one-on-one Personal Training for women in Chandler, Mesa, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Gilbert. A year later, I found an amazing fitness studio in Tempe for training male and female clients, and small group personal training too.
