About Kelly’s Nutrition Coaching in PGH

My role as a Nutrition Coach is to guide you toward healthier eating practices by making lifestyle changes. I work one-on-one with clients to reach a specific body composition and/or health goal. It is not about following a strict meal plan, or getting punished when you make a mistake. I am your mentor as you transition to optimal nutrition, and I help you find solutions to your every day problems. Maybe you are eating too much, too little, or just enough; or perhaps your food choices are poor. Most people are overwhelmed with the abundance of misinformation on the internet, and ready to know the truth about food. I will help you choose the foods that boost your metabolism and keep you energized throughout the day. As your coach, I encourage you to keep trying and help you find new ways to cope with your challenges.
