Online Nutrition Coaching is for the client who needs a complete overhaul of their diet and is ready to get educated on nutrition. The first two sessions of nutrition coaching are a Nutrition Evaluation and follow-up session to gather information and set goals. If you have already completed a Nutrition Evaluation, you’re ready for Plant Based Nutrition Coaching to address your unique needs! Nutrition Coaching is a motivational approach toward changing nutritional behaviors. By focusing on habit-based changes, you can start applying what you learn quickly and easily. Each coaching session will cover a topic of interest, and I will provide a lesson and educational materials that you can take home with you. With multiple nutrition certifications, I can provide professional coaching and science-based knowledge on nutrition.

Online Fitness Coaching is for the client who needs a complete overhaul of their fitness plan and is ready to get educated on exercise. The first two sessions of Fitness Coaching are a Fitness Evaluation and follow-up session to gather information and set goals. If you have already completed a Fitness Evaluation, you’re ready for Fitness Coaching to address your unique needs. Fitness Coaching is a motivational approach toward changing exercise habits and physical activity patterns. By focusing on habit-based changes, you can start applying what you learn about exercise quickly and easily. Each coaching session will cover a topic of interest, and I will provide a lesson and educational materials that you can take home with you. With multiple fitness certifications, I can provide professional guidelines, protocols, and templates about designing training programs. Learn the most valuable information that I apply to my Personal Training programs, and build your own plans. A major benefit of the Comprehensive Nutrition Program is you can choose to do nutrition and/or fitness coaching sessions from week to week; no extra fees for getting follow-up fitness plans!

If you are looking for Plant Based Nutrition Coaching or Fitness Coaching Online, I am your go-to coach! During coaching sessions, I can help discuss your current exercise and nutrition habits, then help you design a new even better one. We can lay out the foundation for a diet and workout plan together, monitor your exercise form, and you can participate in my online training programs that include written workout plans. We can utilize the Fitness Coaching sessions to go over the exercises and make sure you are doing them properly. Following your Fitness Coaching sessions, I may send you a summary of your session with helpful information such as list of exercises or fitness habits we discussed during coaching. Following each Nutrition & Fitness Coaching session, I will send you a summary of your session with helpful information to get you started such as foods to start introducing to your diet, basic exercise and nutrition plan to start following, calculated calorie and macro goals, and heart rate zones! Then we can set you up on a Personal Training or Nutrition Coaching program that is customized to your goals.
What is Included in a Customized Nutrition Program:
- Weekly 15-Minute Coaching Call discussing a lesson and topic of your choice
- Receive a weekly email summary of your coaching call with a follow-up nutrition plan.
- Weekly 5-minute check-in phone call (or 300 word email) to keep you accountable to your goals.
- Weekly Food Log or Workout Log review via email with coaching tips and ideas
- Receive a number of Helpful Add-on Services throughout your program:
- Receive tokens at the beginning of your program that go toward any Kelly Athletics’ services. Tokens NOT redeemable for cash.
- Active Coaching Clients may purchase unlimited add-on services at their member rate throughout the course of the program.
- Add-on services may include: Vegan Recipe Plans, Customized Menus, Online Training workouts, Macro Tracker Tool, Goal Calculations, Interval Training Calendars, Stretching Plans, Corrective Exercise assessments, Additional Coaching, and/or Additional Check-Ins. Add-on services are available to active members only!
Select from our two types of Coaching Programs: the longer the program, the more benefits you get! Based on your availability, choose a program that fits your schedule. For weight loss, I recommend meeting at least once per week for coaching. If you need fast results or extra guidance, coaching twice a week would make a big difference.
