Fitness Check-ins with a Fitness Coach
Assess your exercise habits with weekly fitness check-ins. Fitness check-ins are a great coaching option if you are following a workout plan and trying to stick to a workout calendar, like one of my HIIT plans. Check-ins help clients stay accountable with weekly 5-minute chats via phone or email, and workout log reviews with a professional. All you have to do is email your exercise log to me, then I will review it and send suggestions. My 7-Day Trial will give you a chance to see if we are a good fit and get a kick start to your fitness plan before committing to a longer fitness coaching plan. Before starting a program, I recommend a free consultation to discuss exercise history and current goals. During a follow-up Fitness Assessment we can test for strengths, weaknesses, and body fat composition.
Weekly Fitness Check-ins take place online to motivate, inspire, and keep you on track! As part of your check-in, I will send you a weekly reminder to send over your workout journal and to initiate a check-in with me at your convenience. Once received, I will spend about 10 minutes per week reviewing your workout journal and responding with suggestions and feedback. When you initiate a check-in with me, you can either send me an email with roughly 300 words or 3 fitness questions for me to answer, or text me by phone or facebook to initiate a 5-minute live chat. I typically schedule these meetings on Tuesdays and Fridays between 12:30-1pm or 8-8:30am; if this doesn’t work for you then we can arrange another time. Following your fitness check-in sessions, I will send you a fitness coaching summary via email with helpful information and suggestions of habits to follow for the week.
