For the High Intensity Interval Training Plan, I design and send you three calendars with varying heart rate zones for six days per week on a 28-day calendar per month rotation. Each day alternates between interval or steady state cardio.  These heart rate zones are customized to you, to focus your workouts in specific beat-per-minute ranges by following a high intensity interval training plan. You can choose to receive 15, 30, 45, or 60-minute workouts with a 3, 6, or 12 month plan!  By selecting a high intensity interval training plan, expect your speed to improve over time. You may even experience fat loss at a much higher rate than before!

Is your goal is to build endurance and improve overall cardiorespiratory health? I could include a 12-week high intensity interval training plan that teaches you to build from 15 to 45 minute sessions or from 30 to 60 minute sessions.  In addition, I will send you blank workout calendars to start logging your exercise. After you complete your high intensity interval training plan, I could create a new unique plan for you with a different type of interval or measurement style.
