Description

Nutrition Check-ins with a Food Journal Assessment

Assess your eating habits with weekly nutrition check-ins. Nutrition check-ins are a great coaching option if you are following a recipe plan and trying to stick to a schedule, such as my vegan challenges. Check-ins help clients stay accountable with weekly 5-minute chats via phone or email, and food reviews with a professional. All you have to do is email your food log to me, then I will review it with you and send suggestions. Before getting started, I recommend a free consultation to talk about your nutrition goals and habits.  With a Nutrition Evaluation I can assess your medical history, body fat composition, and weight loss goals.

Weekly Nutrition Check-ins take place online to motivate, inspire, and keep you on track!  As part of your check-in, I will send you a weekly reminder to send over your diet log and to initiate a check-in with me at your convenience. Once received, I will spend about 10 minutes per week reviewing your food journal and responding with suggestions and feedback. When you initiate a check-in with me, you can either send me an email with roughly 300 words or 3 nutritional questions for me to answer, or text me by phone or facebook to initiate a 5-minute live chat.  Typically, I schedule these meetings on Tuesdays and Fridays between 12:30-1pm or 8-8:30am; if this doesn’t work for you then we can arrange another time. Following your Nutrition check-in sessions, I will send you a nutrition coaching summary via email with helpful information and suggestions of habits to follow for the week.
