Online Personal Training Trial: 3 Workouts, 1 Check-in
Customized Personal Training for Weight Loss, Toning, or Muscle Build
This 7-Day trial includes an assessment of your fitness skills, goals, and movement patterns. For each Written Workout Plan, I design an organized easy-to-read exercise plan including a description of six exercises, plus # of reps and sets to perform. The descriptions provide an overview of each exercise, and the workouts should take approximately 30 minutes each to complete. I include blank boxes for you to fill out between sets, to track your workouts and send back to me for review. You will record how much weight you used, reps, sets, breaks, duration of workout, and a rating from 1-10 on the difficulty level of each exercise. By sharing the details of your workout, I can monitor your skill level and design customized written workout plans from week to week after the trial is over. During online fitness coaching sessions, I will provide feedback to help you make modifications as needed, and to keep you accountable to your workouts. After the first week, your personal training workouts are completely customized to your goals and abilities, whether it be weight loss, toning, or muscle build.
