Customized Online Training Program for Weight Loss, Toning, or Muscle Build
For each Online Training Program, I design an organized easy-to-read exercise plan including a description of twelve exercises, plus # of reps and sets to perform. After reviewing the descriptions and getting an overview of the workout for the day, each workout should take approximately 30 minutes to complete. I include blank boxes for you to fill out between sets, to track your workouts and send back to me for review. You will record how much weight you used, how many reps, sets, and breaks you performed, how long it took you to complete the workout, and a ranking from 1-10 on the difficulty level of each exercise. This level of detail will only take a few minutes for you to fill out throughout the workout and will allow me to monitor your progress. During coaching sessions, I will provide feedback and keep you accountable to your exercise schedule. The exercises are customized to specific goals, whether it be weight loss, toning, or muscle build.
By selecting a 60-minute workouts, you can expect your speed, strength, and body fat improve drastically. You may experience fat loss at a much higher rate than working out on your own! In addition, I will send you blank workout calendars to start logging your exercise, and adjust your workouts from week to week by reviewing your previous workout recordings.
