Online Nutrition Coaching

I provide Plant-Based Nutrition Coaching for women who need help losing weight while following a plant-based diet. The first week of coaching is a 7-day trial to see if I am the right coach for you! Although plant-based is very specific, there is no one-size-fits-all nutrition plan to send to you. Due to the personalized attention I give my clients, nutrition coaching is customized to each unique client.  Our 1-on-1 coaching calls will help motivate you to improve nutritional behaviors and educate you on foods and ingredients that can help you reach your desired outcome.  By focusing on habit-based changes, you can start applying what you learn quickly and easily.  Each plant-based nutrition coaching session will cover a topic of interest, and I share science-based knowledge and reading materials that will benefit you on your weight loss journey or vegan journey. In this plant-based nutrition trial, you will find that I provide professional coaching and prioritize my customers’ needs.

  • Precision Nutrition: Level 1 Coach in Exercise Nutrition, 2013
  • Experience: 3+ years 0f Nutrition Coaching, hosted online Vegan Challenges, Speaker for Plant-Based Fitness
  • Other: Designed Macro Tracker Tool and Calorie Calculator Tool for tracking calories, carbs, fats, and proteins.
