You may also call my business number or email me directly from information you find about Kelly Athletics online. Upon receiving emails or phone calls from this website and/or for this business, I collect PII from you.  When you register on my site, fill out a form, initiate a purchase or call me directly, you agree that I may use your information as described in this privacy policy.

By contacting me, you accept any risk of information from my email service or phone service being hacked, stolen, or otherwise lost.  If this occurs I will attempt to protect your PII but cannot guarantee there will not be any lost or stolen information. Outside of the phone and email communication, I store any PII collected in files on secure cloud storage as well as back-up storage. I will not share nor sell your PII with any third parties. I keep your contact information confidential unless otherwise agreed upon verbally. If you are participating in a group program where your name, email, or facebook account will be seen by other customers, then you agree to other members seeing your information by signing up for these programs. I discourage customers from soliciting to each other, so if this were to occur it may be out of my control. I may recommend a third-party product or service to you, and it will be at your discretion to learn and agree to their independent privacy policies.

My website uses contact forms to collect and/or save customer information. This allows me to stay in communication with you. If our website uses cookies, you may turn cookies off on your device, however some features will be disabled. I do not intentionally use cookies however my website may require them to provide it’s information and perform properly. No identifiable visitor information will be provided by me to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
