Health Coaches are here to support, encourage, motivate, and educate clients on how to reach their health goals. I help you develop and stick to a plan that helps you eat well, stay active, and manage time and stress better. Our health coaching sessions include a combination of health lessons, diet and exercise tips, accountability coaching, weekly goal setting, and hands-on activities. Meal plans and workout plans are not included in a standard health coaching program. The initial session will include 30 minutes of going over evaluation forms regarding your health history, lifestyle, diet and exercise. After this appointment you will receive recommendations about how to get started on leading a healthier lifestyle with positive behavior changes. A holistic Health Coach can help you build habits that can lead to feeling younger and living longer! Please know, you will NOT receive a customized meal plan or fitness program with a health coaching session. Health coaches are unable to diagnose or treat conditions, nor can we prescribe any treatments for a health condition. What we can do is motivate and encourage you lead a healthier lifestyle!
