What is a Vegan Nutritionist?
Holistic Nutrition accounts for all aspects of health. As a vegan nutritionist, I help people who are vegan, vegetarian, or plant-based to follow a healthy vegan nutrition plan. There are four nutrition assessments that we discuss in our first month of coaching. Ultimately, they help me create a personalized vegan meal plan for you. Your nutrition evaluation includes a weekly coaching sessions with a habit-based nutrition plan. As your online vegan coach, I will provide you with holistic health lessons, herbal supplement recommendations, meal planning, accountability sessions, weekly goal setting, and/or food journal analysis. After we build your meal plan, we can go over holistic nutrition lessons that you are interested in. Start with a Nutrition Evaluation:
Your initial appointment may include spending 60 minutes of going over assessment forms regarding your health history and lifestyle. This appointment will introduce to you to my nutrition programs as your online vegan Nutritionist. Following your first appointment, you will get recommendations about how to get started on eating a more nutritious diet and supplement plan. After your initial evaluation with me, we can start a program that dives deeper into analyzing your diet. The second 60 minutes will be spent reviewing dietary and meal planning questionnaires.
If you are looking for a Vegan Nutritionist, I am available for online vegan coaching. Following each appointment with your Vegan Nutritionist, I will send you a summary of our call with helpful information to get you ready for the week. Then, we can build a vegan meal plan that is customized to your goals. To get signed up, be sure to request a free coaching call with me to get quoted on a program.
Please note that clients do NOT receive a custom meal plan in their first session. Meal plans require a multi-session coaching program to ensure that you are following the plan after it is built.
