What can Online Coaching do for me?
An Online Coach motivates and educates clients on how to reach their health and fitness goals quickly and safely. With Online Coaching, I develop a plan that helps clients eat well, stay active, and prioritize their time better. The style of Online Coaching a client gets will depend on the goals and needs of the client. The three types of coaching I offer is Health Coaching, Physique Coaching, and Nutrition Coaching. Health Coaching is a style of coaching that helps you develop healthy habits, provides diet and exercise tips, and hands-on activities with health lessons. On the other hand, Physique Coaching is a numbers-based approach that requires strict tracking and monitoring of particular exercise and diet regimen. Nutrition Coaching provides more guidance on specific foods to eat and a dietary analysis of your food journal. All three types of coaching include weekly check-ins for goal setting, support, and accountability. As your Online Coach, I can help you reach any fitness goal.

Getting started with a Coaching program:
After your initial consultation, your first session will involve going over assessment forms regarding your health history, lifestyle, diet and/or exercise. After this appointment you will receive recommendations about how to get started on leading a healthier lifestyle with specific behavior changes. Online Coaching is designed to help you build habits that can lead to better health and fitness! Please note, a coaching program does not necessarily include a meal plan or workout plan; you must request a quote for these service(s) at the time of initial consultation. If you do choose to purchase a meal plan or fitness plan, please be patient as you must complete your initial assessment prior to receiving a plan. As your Online Coach, I am unable to diagnose or treat conditions, nor can I prescribe any treatments for a health condition. What I can do is motivate and encourage you lead a healthier lifestyle and provide guidelines on how to reach your unique goals.
