Holistic Nutrition accounts for all aspects of health. There are four nutrition assessments that we discuss in our first month of coaching. Ultimately, they help me create a personalized nutrition plan for you. Your nutrition evaluation includes a weekly coaching sessions with a habit-based diet plan. During your nutrition program, you will get a combination of holistic health lessons, herbal supplement recommendations, meal planning, accountability sessions, weekly goal setting, and/or food journal analysis. A monthly program begins with assessing your health history, lifestyle, and dietary history. After the first appointment you will receive recommendations about how to get started on eating a more nutritious plant-based diet and recommendations for herbal supplements. You will NOT receive a customized meal plan during the first appointment. Meal plans are ONLY available to customers on a monthly coaching program, and could cost an added fee depending on detail needed. My coaching will help you build healthy habits that keep you accountable to your meal plan.

*NOTE: Purchasing a program does not include a meal plan unless specified in writing upon payment. (You can request a meal plan during your phone consultation with me.) Reviewing the Nutrition Evaluation forms is REQUIRED before building a meal plan. If you want Calories and Macronutrients calculated into meals, it does cost an additional fee due to the time it takes to adjust portions of each ingredient to balance out macros.
