Pittsburgh Personal Training for Weight Loss and Toning
Customize your Pittsburgh Personal Training experience with any fitness goal, including weight loss, toning, endurance, speed, flexibility, or muscle build. As your Pittsburgh Personal Trainer, I will create workout plans for you on a month to month basis. Based on the Pittsburgh Personal Training program you select, I design an organized and easy-to-read exercise plan with a list of exercises you do, plus details about the weight, time, repetitions, and sets completed. You as the client receive a copy of the workout after you complete each Fitness Training session. This gives you something to practice on your own, when we are not together.
As your Personal trainer I will monitor your progress and continue to customize your written workout plan from month to month. Starting with a fitness assessment, I can tailor your program to your skill level. Every 2-3 months, we will reassess you to check your progress along with a body fat analysis. The exercises are customized to your specific goals and your abilities, whether it be weight loss, toning, flexibility, balance, or bodybuilding.
