Hi, I’m Kelly! To briefly introduce myself, I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. For the past 10+ years, I have helped hundreds of women kickstart their fitness. Before my career, I learned how it’s done and I lost 75 pounds on my journey to becoming a Personal Trainer. That said, it wouldn’t have been possible without my disciplined mindset.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>
Since 2012, my clients have experienced more energy, lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, improved sleep, more toned muscles, lower blood sugar, and so much more!
