      What is the Get Plant Strong With Kelly Challenge?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      In this challenge, we will focus on eating a plant-strong diet to get plant strong \ud83d\udcaa. You don't have to eat a fully plant-based diet to be plant-strong. By focusing on increasing your intake of plants you will naturally feel better, both inside and out! I invite you to join us and give it a try for at least 7 days! In fact, you are welcome to invite a friend or family member to join you.<\/p>\n

      This is a motivational group for ladies who are interested in eating plant-strong meals. Stay accountable to a group of like-minded ladies by sharing what you eat or drink at your meals. We are here to support, encourage, and inspire each other to become the healthiest versions of ourselves. While not required, I encourage you to follow a plant-strong nutrition plan and use our free meal tracker to get the best results.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\t\t\t\t
