            Completing the fitness assessment in the app can be done a few different ways. First of all, we should meet on a live video before or after your assessment to assess your form with some basic exercises. Alternatively, you can record short video clips of yourself doing these exercises then upload the videos to me within the app.\u00a0 Either way, I must<\/span> be able to see you perform these exercises to provide feedback on your form. After this, you will have two assessments that you can complete. The first assessment is a speed test which utilizes your bodyweight only; it is recommended to use a treadmill or fitness watch for the last section of the workout, if available. The second assessment requires weights, such as dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, and\/or cable machines depending on the equipment you have available. At the minimum, you will need access to dumbbells and a chair or bench in order to complete this test. If you have a gym membership, then you can use the barbell and machine-based exercises instead.<\/p>\n

            Once you begin the workouts, the entire assessment from start to finish should be completed within 90 minutes if completing both speed and strength tests together. If you are completing the strength and speed sections separately, each section should be completed within 45 minutes from start to finish. This does not include any time you spend watching the tutorials or exercise demos prior to the start of the workout. Rest periods are included in each workout, and some exercises will be optional if select equipment is not available or if the Client is medically unable to perform an exercise. Be sure to review the PAR-Q+ form<\/a> and schedule a free consultation<\/a> with Kelly over the phone to discuss what exercises are safe for you, prior to this assessment. Clients are required to sign an agreement form to agree to the payment, terms of service and waiver of liability; clients must also complete a PAR-Q and medical history form, and are asked to take initial body composition measurements before the assessment begins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>
