Assess your eating habits with weekly nutrition check-ins. Food Journal Assessments are part of weekly nutrition check-ins to improve your eating patterns. Check-ins help clients stay accountable with weekly 5-minute chats via phone or email, along with food log analysis. All you have to do is email your food log to me, then I will review it with you and offer suggestions. Before getting started, a Nutrition Evaluation<\/a>\u00a0is recommended so I can give you customized recommendations that fit your lifestyle.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div> Analysis takes place via email and phone <\/strong>to motivate, inspire, and keep you on track<\/strong>! \u00a0As part of your check-in, I will send you a weekly reminder to send over your diet log<\/a> and to initiate a check-in with me at your convenience. Once received, I will spend about 10 minutes per week reviewing your food journal and responding with\u00a0suggestions and feedback.\u00a0The first requires a health history assessment.\u00a0With an evaluation I will assess your medical history, body fat composition, current eating habits, and lifestyle habits. You also receive a custom plant-based meal plan<\/a> as part of an initial evaluation!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div> When we check in via email, you can send me a brief update about your diet or attach your food log.\u00a0 A 5 minute check-in involves typing about 300 words or 3 nutritional answers via email. You can also text me by phone to initiate a 5-minute live chat or phone call. \u00a0Typically, I recommend nutritional meetings take place at least 3 days apart. Following your Nutrition check-in sessions, I will send you a nutrition coaching summary via email. I provide helpful information and suggestions of habits to follow for the week.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div> My priority is to get you results and work at your pace\u00a0<\/strong>as your Online Nutrition Coach. \u00a0If you have questions about this program, contact me below for more information.
