            Your first couple hours of nutrition coaching involves going over assessment forms regarding your health history, lifestyle, and diet patterns. Your initial 30-minute appointment will introduce to you the program and get to know what my coaching style is like.\u00a0 Following your first appointment, you will get recommendations about how to get started on following a more nutritious diet and lifestyle.\u00a0 However, a full nutrition evaluation may take multiple sessions or 2 full hours in order to customize a nutrition plan that works uniquely for you. After the initial evaluation, we can spend more time analyzing your dietary habits and build a detailed meal plan together.<\/p>\n

            As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, I am confident I can help you reach your goals with holistic nutrition! My mission is to help you improve your diet without excluding your favorite foods. If you have unique dietary restrictions, I am very well-versed in this area. In fact, I work with many clients who eat vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and\/or allergy free diets. Regardless of how you currently eat, I can build you a plant-based meal plan or even a flexitarian nutrition plan. At last, let's get you scheduled in!
