Hi, I’m Kelly! To briefly introduce myself, I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. For the past 10+ years, I have helped hundreds of women kickstart their fitness. Before my career, I learned how it’s done and I lost 75 pounds on my journey to becoming a Personal Trainer. That said, it wouldn’t have been possible without my disciplined mindset.

Since 2012, my clients have experienced more energy, lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, improved sleep, more toned muscles, lower blood sugar, and so much more! Truly, I would love to help you look and feel better too! My passion in life is to help more women improve their lives.

It is no secret that moving more can help us lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. But, it’s hard to know what to do or how to exercise for best results. I will be sharing different ways that I exercise to help you get moving!  Most importantly, you must put in the effort to exercise on your own to truly benefit from this challenge!
