This 15-minute strategy call is meant to help clarify your goals and determine if we’re a good fit!
Simply put, a strategy session is like an initial consultation or discovery call. This is a non-committal session so you can get to know me a little bit and determine if I’m the right coach for your unique needs. On the call, we can connect and talk more about your health and fitness goals.
Furthermore, this strategy session is the best time to ask questions and start thinking about your goals on a deeper level. Based on your unique needs, I can share how I can help and recommend a plan of action just for you. Following our strategy session, you may be invited to book an initial assessment to start your fitness journey with me.
Upon request, I can share my standard rates for a Nutrition Coaching and Personal Training program. Due to my personalized approach, program pricing depends on how much time it would take to tailor a program to your personal goals. That said, it is best to get quoted a program after completing your initial assessment, as I need to determine your unique needs before recommending a program.
Prior to the call, I’ll email you a link to a brief intake form so I can determine if my services can accommodate you. After reviewing your responses, I will let you know if we can move forward with scheduling a call.

After you finish your free strategy session, you may be invited to book a fitness or nutrition assessment. By doing an assessment, you will get to experience what it’s like to be my client before committing to a program. Intake forms are required and essential for the initial assessment and prior to starting any program.
An Initial Assessment provides a thorough evaluation to assess your skill level before we begin a program. A program is required to receive a custom meal plan or fitness program. Upon purchase, please note that scheduled session(s) are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled without 24 hour notice.

Kelly Gibson meets clients at Powerhouse Gym Pittsburgh in Ross Township, located in the north suburbs of Pittsburgh near McCandless, Sewickley and Wexford. Here is a map of where to find my Pittsburgh Gym, if you sign up to meet in person for your nutrition or fitness assessment!
Note: The gym offers a month-to-month membership or daily drop-in rates for non-members.
Online Meetings and Premium Training app
For live virtual meetings, Kelly Gibson meets clients online using platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Ultimately, we choose the fitness training platform that works for both of us. Better yet, you can try my amazing premium training app for independent workouts.
