What can a Health Coach do for me?

Health Coaches are here to support, encourage, motivate, and educate clients on how to reach their health goals. I help you develop and stick to a plan that helps you eat well, stay active, and manage time and stress better. Our health coaching sessions include a combination of health lessons, diet and exercise tips, accountability coaching, weekly goal setting, and hands-on activities. If you want to learn how to reduce pain, lose weight, or deal with a health condition, I can help. A Dr Sears Coach encourages clients to adopt healthy habits and motivates them to stick to it. Healthy habits are more than just diet and exercise. It could be remembering to take your vitamins, getting scheduled to see your doctor, and so on.
Just like dieting, you might not think you need help because you know what to eat, but you still end up going off your diet at times. The truth is, knowing what to do is not the same as actually doing it! Having a personal coach can help you follow through on doing the things you ALREADY KNOW that you should be doing. Part of what I do is help clients identify the things they already know, and figure out how to apply them to their everyday life.
