Meet your Pittsburgh Nutritionist for a Nutrition Evaluation:
Your first couple hours of Pittsburgh nutrition coaching involves going over assessment forms regarding your health history, lifestyle, and diet patterns. Your initial 30-minute appointment will introduce to you the program and get to know what my coaching style is like. Following your first appointment, you will get recommendations about how to get started on following a more nutritious diet and lifestyle.
To clarify, a full nutrition evaluation may take multiple sessions in order to customize a meal plan that works just for you. After the initial evaluation, we can spend more time analyzing your dietary habits and build a detailed meal plan together. As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, I am confident I can help you reach your goals with holistic nutrition! My mission is to help you improve your diet without excluding your favorite foods. If you have unique dietary restrictions, I am very well-versed in this area. In fact, I work with many clients who eat vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and/or plant-based. Regardless of how you currently eat, I can build you a plant-based meal plan or a flexitarian nutrition plan.
Please note that clients do NOT receive a custom meal plan in their first appointment. Meal plans require a full evaluation to ensure it is created with care and not just thrown together as a generic plan. The assessment forms are carefully considered before building a custom plan. A free 15-minute coaching call will give you an opportunity to learn more about my programs and request a custom quote. At last, let's get you scheduled in!
