My goal is to deliver excellent and personalized service for each and every client with Online Personal Training. Rest assured, I will be there to help you on your fitness journey! Since each client has unique health goals and preferences, I customize each Personal Training program based on the client's unique needs (which we can discuss during your free consultation). Then, we can check in at least once a week during your program. My accountability and support is what pushes my clients to succeed.
My 1-on-1 online training programs do NOT include boring, repetitive workouts. Instead, each training session is designed just for you with unique exercises to keep it fun! The workouts gradually progress over time to challenge you to get more fit. My mission is to ensure that you are constantly learning, improving, and getting results. I encourage my online personal training clients to stay active throughout the week and to eat healthy, too!

Online Personal Training for Weight Loss
For any goal of weight loss, burning fat, improving speed, getting healthy, building endurance, and/or building muscle, I can customize an Online Personal Trainer program for you! For each Online Personal Training program, I design an organized easy-to-read exercise plan including a list of exercises, plus details about the reps and sets we performed in our online session.
By following this online personal training plan for weight loss, you can watch your speed, strength, and body fat improve drastically. You may experience fat loss at a much higher rate than working out on your own! What you need to work out from home:
- A smartphone, tablet, or laptop that can download and utilize a free video app.
- Reliable internet connection and at least 8’ x 8’ open space to exercise.
- Mobile equipment is optional. I can customize your entire program to an equipment-free workout experience.
- However, for optimal fat loss and strength, I do recommend dumbbells, resistance bands, and/or equipment!
