What is the Fruit and Veggie Challenge?
Everyone has their own idea of what is healthy. Although we constantly rave about the next best diet, each of us has a built-in belief system about what is healthy, with unique taste buds that guide most of our food choices. The reality is – nobody eats exactly the same thing from one meal to the next! What most of us CAN agree on is that by eating more fruits and vegetables, we can live longer, healthier, happier lives. Fruits are not just "sugars", but they are antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients! Diets are short-term, but lifestyles are for life! That’s why I came up with the Fruit and Veggie Challenge!

My name is Kelly Gibson and I live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist who specializes in plant-based nutrition. Over 10 years ago, I experienced extreme weight loss by changing my diet and eating more fruits and vegetables. In fact, I lost 75 pounds within 9 months of being vegan.
Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of women kickstart their weight loss and improve their wellness in one way or another. Over the years, my nutrition clients have experienced weight loss, improved energy, less asthma, lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, better stamina, improved sleep, more confidence, and so much more! I would love to help you eat better and feel better, too!
As you know, fruits and vegetables are the two most important food groups in our diets. Many nutrition studies suggest that the secret to better health and longevity is having more fruits and vegetables. As a Nutritionist, I want nothing more than to help women experience weight loss and wellness like I did. With the simple habit of participating in the fruit and veggie challenge, you can transform your life!
A free consultation is available to all members of the group. Please note that you will NOT receive a meal plan or 1-on-1 custom services by joining the free challenge. You can, however, upgrade to Health Coaching or Nutrition Coaching services by purchasing a program. Meal plans, fitness plans, and health coaching are custom services that require a payment and/or a scheduled appointment.
In fact, I may provide nutrition tips, answer questions in the group or via private messages throughout this challenge. But, if you want additional help then please book an appointment. If you have any medical conditions or take any medications, do consult your physician before changing your diet or activity level.
