Kelly Gibson has over 13 years experience as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She opened her business in September 2012, and has since been coaching clients on weight loss, toning, and sports performance. Kelly loves coaching 1-on-1, because she is personable and loves getting to know her clients. Her programs are customized so that each client receives unique exercises and training styles throughout their program. Kelly personally lost 75 pounds on her own, which is why she enjoys helping people lose weight too! As a former athlete, Kelly has a strong background in strength training, speed training, softball, basketball, and running.

Select a program that fits your unique schedule and budget. Most clients meet me 3 days per week, and exercise on their own 2-3 days per week.

CARDIO
I recommend incorporating cardio into your Personal Training program. We can do calisthenics to keep your heart rate up.

WEIGHTS
Weight Training is a key component to any fitness program. Resistance training can also include cable machines, medicine balls, bands, and TRX.

NUTRITION
Fat loss requires healthy eating habits. Schedule weekly nutrition check-ins with Kelly to stay on track. This is optional, but highly recommended.
