Kelly's Personal Training Programs

Select a program that fits your unique schedule and budget. Most clients meet me 3 days per week, and exercise on their own 2-3 days per week.

  • CARDIO

    I recommend incorporating cardio into your Personal Training program. We can do calisthenics to keep your heart rate up.

  • WEIGHTS

    Weight Training is a key component to any fitness program.  Resistance training can also include cable machines, medicine balls, bands, and TRX.

  • NUTRITION

    Fat loss requires healthy eating habits. Schedule weekly nutrition check-ins with Kelly to stay on track. This is optional, but highly recommended.
