On average, my clients meet me 2-3 times per week and exercise on their own an additional 2-3 times per week for weight loss. Purchase a program then book appointments with me!

Once your payment processes, I can reserve appointment times for you.
Purchase a Pittsburgh Personal Training plan with 40-minute sessions. Payments come out every 28 days until client requests for the payment to be suspended or cancelled in writing (by text or email.) You must provide at least 7 days' notice to Kelly if you want to cancel your next payment. All payments are due in full and at least 24 hours prior to any scheduled sessions.

My mission with Personal Training in Pittsburgh is to build your confidence in the gym. With me, you will learn proper exercise technique and a wide variety of exercises. After the Fitness Assessment, I will send you a summary of your results. Then, I can customize a fitness program to your skill level.
