  • Retake the fit test to check your progress every couple months.

My mission as your Pittsburgh Personal Trainer is to keep you motivated and quickly transition from one exercise to the next. Not only do you get individualized attention throughout the workout, but learn more about exercise technique with these unique and fun exercises. Following the Fitness Assessment, Kelly will send you a summary of your results and recommend a fitness program that is customized to your goals.

Subscribe to a program for Personal Training online with 60-minute sessions. Payments come out every 28 days, however clients can cancel before your next payment by text or email. Clients must provide at least 7 days' notice to Kelly, to cancel the next payment.  All payments are due in full and at least 24 hours prior to any scheduled sessions.
