By contacting me, you accept any risk of information from my email service or phone service being hacked, stolen, or otherwise lost.  If this occurs I will attempt to protect your PII but cannot guarantee there will not be any lost or stolen information. Outside of the phone and email communication, I store any PII collected in files on secure cloud storage as well as back-up storage. I will not share nor sell your PII with any third parties. I keep your contact information confidential unless otherwise agreed upon verbally. If you are participating in a group program where your name, email, or facebook account will be seen by other customers, then you agree to other members seeing your information by signing up for these programs. I discourage customers from soliciting to each other, so if this were to occur it may be out of my control. I may recommend a third-party product or service to you, and it will be at your discretion to learn and agree to their independent privacy policies.

My website uses an ecommerce platform and contact forms to collect and/or save customer information. This allows me to stay in communication with you. If our website uses cookies, you may turn cookies off on your device, however some features will be disabled. I do not intentionally use cookies however my website may require them to provide it’s information and perform properly. No identifiable visitor information will be provided by me to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. If my website uses a plug-in, widget, code, or any other service that is able to hack your PII, I am unable to control what they do with that information and you agree not to take legal action against Kelly Athletics if any of your PII is lost or stolen. Should a data breach occur that I am made aware of, I will notify customers and/or my email list as soon as possible or within 24 hours. You have the right to legally pursue enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law.
