Online Fitness Coaching

If you're looking to get strong and lean, Online Fitness Coaching can be exactly what you need. Being a vegan Personal Trainer for more than a decade, I have become strong and fit with my fitness regimen. Considerably, I've helped many women get strong and lean over the years. My goal as your online fitness coach is to help you stick to a program, whether you have one you already follow or if you need me to build you a custom fitness program.

Most importantly, my fitness coaching will involve teaching you proper exercise technique and identifying movement patterns that may need correction. Therefore, the first session of Fitness Coaching should include a Fitness Assessment. Then, we set fitness goals to customize your program. As your vegan personal trainer, I'll addresses your body composition goals, diet and physical activity patterns as well. Fitness Coaching is a motivational approach to developing healthy lifestyle and exercise habits. Having weekly check-ins is an appropriate way to stay on track with your goals.

In fact, doing Personal Training and vegan meal planning in addition to the fitness coaching will help you get the best results. During fitness coaching check-ins, we discuss your current exercise program and exercise habits.  I have expertise in exercise technique as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and can provide helpful tips, a list of exercises to practice, and keep you accountable to healthy fitness habits. Online Fitness Coaching goes best in combination with Online Personal Training, both of which can be done virtually in an online video meeting.
