Hi, I’m Kelly! To briefly introduce myself, I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist with a specialization in plant-based nutrition. For the past 10+ years, I have helped hundreds of women get healthy and strong with plant-based nutrition. Before my career, I learned all about plant-based nutrition and I lost 75 pounds.

Since 2012, my clients have experienced more energy, lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, improved sleep, weight loss, lower blood sugar, and so much more! Truly, I would love to help you look and feel better too! My passion in life is to help more women improve their lives.

It is no secret that eating better can help us lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. But, it’s hard to know what to eat or how to eat for best results.
