What is the Get Plant Strong With Kelly Challenge?
In this challenge, we will focus on eating a plant-strong diet to get plant strong 💪. You don't have to eat a fully plant-based diet to be plant-strong. By focusing on increasing your intake of plants you will naturally feel better, both inside and out! I invite you to join us and give it a try for at least 7 days! In fact, you are welcome to invite a friend or family member to join you.
This is a motivational group for ladies who are interested in eating plant-strong meals. Stay accountable to a group of like-minded ladies by sharing what you eat or drink at your meals. We are here to support, encourage, and inspire each other to become the healthiest versions of ourselves. While not required, I encourage you to follow a plant-strong nutrition plan and use our free meal tracker to get the best results.
Hi, I’m Kelly! To briefly introduce myself, I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist with a specialization in plant-based nutrition. For the past 10+ years, I have helped hundreds of women get healthy and strong with plant-based nutrition. Before my career, I learned all about plant-based nutrition and I lost 75 pounds.
Since 2012, my clients have experienced more energy, lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, improved sleep, weight loss, lower blood sugar, and so much more! Truly, I would love to help you look and feel better too! My passion in life is to help more women improve their lives.
It is no secret that eating better can help us lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. But, it’s hard to know what to eat or how to eat for best results. I will be sharing how I eat and what I drink to help you get plant-strong with me! Most importantly, you must put in the effort to participate in this challenge to truly benefit from it!
