Nutrition Check-in: Food Journal Assessments

Assess your eating habits with weekly nutrition check-ins. Food Journal Assessments are part of weekly nutrition check-ins to improve your eating patterns. Check-ins help clients stay accountable with weekly 5-minute chats via phone or email, along with food log analysis. All you have to do is email your food log to me, then I will review it with you and offer suggestions. Before getting started, a Nutrition Evaluation is recommended so I can give you customized recommendations that fit your lifestyle.

Weekly Food Journal Assessments

Analysis takes place via email and phone to motivate, inspire, and keep you on track!  As part of your check-in, I will send you a weekly reminder to send over your diet log and to initiate a check-in with me at your convenience. Once received, I will spend about 10 minutes per week reviewing your food journal and responding with suggestions and feedback. The first requires a health history assessment. With an evaluation I will assess your medical history, body fat composition, current eating habits, and lifestyle habits. You also receive a custom plant-based meal plan as part of an initial evaluation!

When we check in via email, you can send me a brief update about your diet or attach your food log.  A 5 minute check-in involves typing about 300 words or 3 nutritional answers via email. You can also text me by phone to initiate a 5-minute live chat or phone call.  Typically, I recommend nutritional meetings take place at least 3 days apart. Following your Nutrition check-in sessions, I will send you a nutrition coaching summary via email. I provide helpful information and suggestions of habits to follow for the week.

My priority is to get you results and work at your pace as your Online Nutrition Coach.  If you have questions about this program, contact me below for more information.
