What is the Portion Control Challenge?
In this challenge, you can focus on using portion control containers to stick to the right amount of food for your body. You don't have to track calories, or even grams of protein. By simply filling your containers each day and counting your containers, you will naturally eat better food! I invite you to join us and see how easy it really is! I personally use the containers and I am confident that it can work for you too! Invite a friend to join you.
Within the challenge, I host a motivational group for ladies who have these portion control containers. Stay accountable to a group of like-minded ladies by sharing what you eat or drink at your meals. We are here to support, encourage, and inspire each other to become the healthiest versions of ourselves. While not required, I encourage you to follow one of our vegan meal plans and utilize the free meal tracker for best results.

Hi, I’m Kelly! To briefly introduce myself, I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist with a specialization in plant-based nutrition. For the past 10+ years, I have helped hundreds of women get healthy and strong with plant-based nutrition. Before my career, I learned all about plant-based nutrition and I lost 75 pounds.
Since 2012, my clients have experienced more energy, lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, improved sleep, weight loss, lower blood sugar, and so much more! Truly, I would love to help you look and feel better too! My passion in life is to help more women improve their lives.
It is no secret that eating better can help us lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. But, it’s hard to know what to eat or how much to eat for best results. By joining this portion control challenge, I will be helping you stick to set portions using portion containers and (optionally) a vegan meal plan. Most importantly, you must put in the effort to use your containers and stick to the challenge to truly benefit from it!

What Should I Expect by Joining this Challenge?
- Upon purchase, you will unlock instructional videos, a quick start guide, calorie-based portion plans, food lists, and meal plans with recipes!
- Get 24/7 access to an EXCLUSIVE group that you can check into daily to stay motivated, and access my weekly nutrition and mindset tips!
- Focus on eating a vegan or plant strong diet to master your nutrition once and for all! I will share ways to incorporate plant-based foods into your daily diet.
- To stay accountable, track your meals using a free tracker tool. Get support from a Holistic Nutritionist who specializes in plant based nutrition.
- Be part of a community of women who are also participating in the challenge. Encourage, motivate, and inspire each other to make this lifestyle change.

How to Prepare for the Portion Control Challenge
To get started, you *must* purchase at least one of these 3 options or have purchased them in your order history. You must also have me assigned as your Coach for this challenge. Here are your options:
1. Total Solution Pack: one set of containers, step-by-step videos, downloadable meal plans, a 30-day supply of supplements, PLUS an annual membership to fitness programs all in one
2. The Portion Fix Kit: one set of containers, a weight loss book, step-by-step videos, and a variety of downloadable meal plans
3. Portion Containers: one set of containers is all you need to get started, but if you plan to use them daily you might want to get a few sets!I recommend buying the containers at least a week before you start the challenge, due to shipping and delivery time. If you get started late, don't worry, I will start a new challenge very soon!
